Vascular Intervention System Training (VIST)
The Centre of Excellence for Surgical Education & Innovation (CESEI) is hosting a demonstration for VIST (Vascular Intervention System Training) on Thursday, June 14th.
Please note: There will also be a preview of the simulator on:
Wednesday, June 13th at 2:00-5:00 PM
VIST is a state-of-the-art technology that provides simulation for cardiac and peripheral artery catherization.
The addition of this technology to CESEI will provide opportunities for Cardiology, Radiology, Peripheral Vascular Surgery residents and fellows to learn about catherization procedures without any risk to the patient.
We invite physicians, residents, fellows and nurses from the respective departments to participate in the demonstration training with this equipment.
